If you wish to delete your JanPower account and associated data, you can follow the steps below. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

• Open the JanPower app
• Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can email us at support@janpower.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include your registered email or username.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed
• Any saved content or preferences will be deleted
• This action is irreversible

Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. However, anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to your identity may be kept for analytics and service improvement.
